I’ve called Ankeny home for over two decades. After graduating from Ankeny High School, I headed to Ames to attend Iowa State University, where I earned my degrees in Accounting and Finance.

My professional journey started when I earned my CPA and went to work for Berkshire Hathaway Energy in Des Moines. Managing corporate tax returns for companies making hundreds of millions of dollars taught me the ins and outs of the tax world at the highest possible level.
